契約の終了、解除、解約、満了
契約期間満了による終了と期間終了前の解除（解約）

債務不履行をした当事者が他方からの通知受領後１０日以内に契約違反や債務不履行を是正する行為を合理的に開始すれば、本契約は終了しない。
