BREACH [動詞] 違反する (violate, contravene, renege on)
breach a contract 契約に違反する
* If J-WEB breaches his contract with AM-WEB, AM-WEB may have problems fulfilling a second contract with D-DESIGN.
J-WEBがAM-WEBとの契約に違反した場合、AM-WEBはD-DESIGNと交わしている契約の履行が困難となる。
* When one party breaches a contract, the other party may ask a court to provide a remedy for the breach.
一方当事者が契約に違反した場合、他方当事者は裁判所に対して当該違反にたいする救済を求めることができる。
breach any provision 規定に違反する
* J-WEB may terminate this Agreement, or other agreements that were concluded with respect to this Agreement by notifying AM-WEB in the event that AM-WEB:
(1) breaches any provision of this Agreement or regulations about transactions to be performed based on this Agreement.
J-WEBは、AM-WEBにつき、以下の事由が生じた場合には、AM-WEBに対する通知により、本契約又はこれに関連して締結された協定等を解除することができる：
(1) 本契約若しくは本契約に関して実行される取引に関する規制の規定に違反するとき。

* Either party may immediately terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any material obligation under this Agreement, and if such party fails to cure the breach within thirty (30) days after the non-defaulting party demands such cure.
一方当事者が本契約に基づく重大な義務違反を犯した場合において、他方当事者がその違反の治癒を求める通知を発した後30日以内に当該当事者がその違反を是正しなかったときは、他方当事者は、本契約を直ちに解除することができる.

* In the event a party breaches this NDA, the breaching party shall indemnify all damages, losses, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by the other party in connection with such breach, whether or not litigation is commenced.
一方の当事者が本秘密保持契約に違反した場合、訴訟提起の有無にかかわらず、違反当事者は当該違反に関連して相手方当事者が被った全ての損害、損失、コスト、費用、および弁護士費用を補償する。

* If AM-WEB violates or breaches, fails to perform any obligation of this Agreement, and does not cure such violation or breach, or failure within three (10) days after J-WEB gives AM-WEB written notice thereof, J-WEB may terminate this Agreement.

* The non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of a material breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement if, within sixty (90) days after written notice, the breaching party has failed to cure such breach.
本契約のいずれかの条項につき重大な違反があった場合において、書面による通知がなされた後90日以内に違反当事者がその違反を治癒しなかったときは、違反を被っている当事者は、本契約を解除することができる.
* Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause, upon thirty (60) days prior written notice to the other party.
各当事者は契約終了事由の有無にかかわらず、相手方に対し60日前に書面をもって通知することにより本契約を終了させることができる。

* Neither party (“Affected party”) will be deemed in default of this Agreement to the extent that performance of any obligation or attempts to cure any breach are delayed or prevented by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, shortage of material, or any other cause beyond the control of the Affected party.
